Quality Systems & Compliance Specialist (80-100%)

After a targeted introduction, you will actively contribute to ensuring that our products and processes meet the relevant customer requirements, standards, legal requirements and internal quality standards.

These are your main tasks

• Revision of QMS documents
• Coordination of training sessions
• Support with internal and external customer complaints
• Creation, verification and management of declarations of conformity, customer confirmations and quality-relevant documents
• Support with internal, supplier and customer audits as well as with the follow-up of resulting measures
• Participation in the Management of Change process and evaluation of quality-relevant changes
• Close collaboration with Production, Customer Service, Sales and Procurement.
