Your tasks:

• Review of associations and foundations as part of changes to legal and regulatory requirements
• Sending out questionnaires as well as recording, checking and processing incoming feedback
• Classification and maintenance of data in the corresponding systems
• Answering telephone and written inquiries (email)
• Ensuring correct and timely processing of all requests

You bring:

• Enjoyment of administrative tasks and structured work
• Very good Swiss German language skills in word and writing
• Openness to new things; also welcome as a career changer; important is your commitment
• Responsible, independent and customer-oriented work
• Secure handling of PC and common MS-Office applications
