In the «Distribution Strategy, Project & Communication» department, we shape the distribution strategy of AXA Schweiz. Together we develop innovative concepts and implement them in cooperation with product management, technology teams and sales channels. Our goal is to create the best customer experience - true to our motto: «We create unique AXA moments».

We are looking for a committed, assertive and motivated person as a Strategy and Project Manager for the new distribution initiative «360° P&C Customer Approach, Advice & Care» to implement our growth ambitions. In doing so, you will bring your analytical strength and implementation experience and will be characterized by a positive, humorous personality that realizes innovative solutions with tangible added value for our customers together with our sales channels.

What awaits you

• You hold the main responsibility for the new, central growth and transformation initiative of distribution and are responsible for conception, planning, implementation, steering and success monitoring.
• You independently drive forward even complex topics - from the first idea through to conception and implementation - in close cooperation with the channel managers of direct sales, broker service, the partner channel (Embedded Insurance and Major Accounts) and the online channel and ensure the achievement of goals in the area of P&C private individuals and companies.
• You also contribute content-wise and implement new sales models, tools and processes and are responsible for their company-wide introduction and anchoring.
• You are responsible for the prioritization and planning of implementation via the agile product teams (IT & Business).
• You take on a central role in stakeholder management and position your topics effectively at all hierarchical levels.

What you bring with you

• You are proactive, goal-oriented and enthusiastic
• You have a successfully completed Master's degree in BWL, Business Informatics or Business Innovation.
• You bring over 6 years of experience in project work - ideally at the interfaces between sales, management and specialist departments such as IT, product management and marketing.
• You have several years of professional experience in the insurance and/or banking industry or consulting.
• You possess sound knowledge of agile project methodology as well as experience in working with agile teams.
• Change management processes are familiar to you and - you master the implementation of multi-stakeholder projects with ease.
• With entrepreneurial spirit, foresight and market comparison, you maintain an overview and steer all dimensions of the change project in order to continuously exceed AXA goals as well as customer and partner needs.
• You possess excellent German and good English skills.
