Certified Nursing Specialist HF with House Responsibility (60-100%)

What you will achieve with us:

• You will take over the professional leadership for all departments in one of our houses
• You will act in active exchange with the daily responsibility, the nursing expert, and the nursing management
• You will maintain an overarching, floor-spanning view of the nursing needs on the one hand and the available nursing resources on the other
• You will take over the care of particularly complex nursing situations
• You will plan the nursing process as a Supervisor RAI LTCF
• You will maintain meaningful and correct electronic nursing documentation
• You will support team colleagues and trainees in professional questions during the learning process

What you bring with you:

• Degree as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or an equivalent diploma recognized by the SRK
• Quality awareness, organizational skills, a winning appearance, and an appreciative, empathetic basic attitude
• Independent and responsible way of working

• In addition to 5 or 6 weeks of vacation, two recovery days
• Compensation for changing time (allowance of CHF 50.00/month)
• Compensation for short-term assignments within 24h (allowance CHF 50.00/assignment)
