How can employers utilize the domestic labor potential? How does professional recruitment succeed within the framework of the job reporting obligation? As the public employment service in the Canton Zürich, the Stellenmeldezentrum (SMZ) takes on exactly this task and mediates job seekers from the RAV into positions subject to reporting.

To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for a committed personality as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. The place of work is located in the Leonardo Zürich Nord office building.

Your tasks: ###

• Examination and publication of job reports
• Advising employers regarding the job reporting obligation
• Offering placement services according to the specifications of the Stellenmeldezentrum and the needs of the employers
• Placement of job seekers in compliance with the legally prescribed deadlines
• Receipt and processing of feedback from employers
• Customer relationship management employers
• Data entry, processing and archiving
• Close cooperation and coordination with the RAV of the Canton Zürich

Your profile: ###

• completed apprenticeship EFZ and several years of professional experience in the gastro, technical or construction industry
• experience in recruitment and knowledge of the Zürich labor market is an advantage
• precise way of working, confident handling of time pressure and efficiency in administration
• organizational skills
• convincing and adequate communication skills as well as sales-strong on the telephone
• stylish German in spoken and written form, other languages an advantage
• reliability and a healthy dose of humor
