Activity

• independently program and set up CNC lathes, specifically models such as Star SV32/SR38, Goodway SW32, Hanwha XD16II and Nakamura Tome WY150
• monitor production processes and ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly
• independently perform quality controls of the manufactured workpieces, including first-article inspection according to the 4-eyes principle
• professionally set up and operate post-processing machines
• perform regular maintenance work on machines to ensure operation
• Requirements
• sound knowledge in programming and setting up CNC lathes of various makes
• experience in performing quality inspections according to the 4-eyes principle
• sense of responsibility in material procurement for efficient manufacturing processes
• competence in the analysis and continuous optimization of production processes
• willingness to support in the instruction of apprentices and in production planning
