In this position, you are part of the dynamic and growing technical team in 2-3 shift operations (variable early, late, and night shifts) and ensure the smooth operation of the production machines.

• Troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on the entire machine park
• Conversion and setup work on our packaging machines
• Monitoring the systems for their GMP-compliant operation
• Carrying out optimization work and test runs on packaging machines
• Creating and checking the setup protocols for machines and maintaining the logbooks
• Training of operational personnel
• GMP-compliant documentation
• Participation in projects and machine qualifications

Qualifications

• Technical basic training (Mechanic / Maintenance Specialist, Automation Technician or Electrician)
• Good knowledge of pneumatics and electrical engineering
• Sound knowledge in the GMP environment, preferably in packaging
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Enjoyment of working independently in the flexible and dynamic shift operation
• Flexible and proactive personality
• Readiness for shift work
