Your tasks:

• Independent recruitment of qualified specialists and executives in the main and subcontracting construction industry
• Execution of the entire recruiting process -- from clarifying requirements to successful placement
• Maintenance and expansion of the candidate and customer network through proactive relationship management
• Use of modern tools and innovative methods in temporary staffing and recruitment

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in HR consulting or recruitment, ideally in the Swiss construction environment
• Convincing, professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented, independent action and entrepreneurial thinking
• High level of commitment, reliability and enjoyment in working with people
