Our client in the Thurgau region is a successful company in the packaging sector.

To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for an employee with a flair for wood and machines as

Machine operator for wood processing machines (m/w/d)

Tasks ###

• Operation and monitoring of production facilities in the field of wood processing
• Setting up, equipping and adjusting machines as well as partial programming of processes
• Planning and coordination of production orders including deadline monitoring
• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on the systems
• Error analysis and support in troubleshooting
• Quality control of the manufactured parts according to internal specifications
• Processing and reworking of workpieces made of wood and composite materials

Requirements ###

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, carpenter or comparable technical training is an advantage
• Technical understanding and experience in handling production facilities
• Knowledge of CNC or machine programming is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts (early/late shift)
• Independent, reliable and precise way of working
• High quality awareness and team ability
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
