Portrait of the school/institution ### Schule Reichenbach is a diverse school with around 420 students at six locations. Around 65 employees are committed daily to a school in which children and young people can learn and develop well. To complement our school management, we are looking for an engaged personality to join in the leadership and further development of our school, starting immediately or from 1 February 2027. Tasks ### Together with the existing school management, you will take responsibility for the operational and strategic leadership of the school. Your focus will be on Cycle 1 as well as part of Cycle 2. The tasks and responsibilities will be meaningfully distributed within the school management according to workload, competencies, and interests. - Operational leadership of the school in pedagogical, organizational, administrative, personnel, and financial matters - Accompanying and supporting the teachers - Co-shaping school, instructional, and quality development - Participation in budget planning and expenditure control - Information and communication with internal and external stakeholders - Cooperation with the municipal administration as well as taking on tasks according to the function diagram of Schule Reichenbach Requirements ### You are an engaged and reflective personality. You combine appreciation and empathy with clarity and commitment and meet people at eye level.
