Your tasks

Do you have in-depth experience in the automotive sector and want to do more than just run a workshop, but actively shape, decide and take responsibility?

• Technical and organizational management of the workshop operation
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of daily work processes
• Contact person for customers with technical inquiries and service questions
• Vehicle acceptance and handover of vehicles to customers
• Consulting on repairs, service work and technical solutions
• Support for the team in demanding diagnostic and repair work
• Analysis and resolution of complex technical problems
• Ensuring high service and work quality
• Participation in the training and development of apprentices
• Close cooperation with management in operational decisions

Your profile

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics engineer EFZ or automotive specialist EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in a workshop environment
• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take on a leadership role
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high personal responsibility
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Driver's license category B
• Good user knowledge of common MS-Office programs
