As part of strengthening the teams of our client, a recognized player in the precision industry, we are looking for a

CNC Grinding Programmer-Setter (M/F) #

Your missions ##

• Program Recomatic and Crevoisier CNC grinding machines.
• Create programs using Alphacam software.
• Perform setups, commissioning, and equipment optimizations.
• Ensure production monitoring by guaranteeing compliance with quality, cost, and deadline requirements.
• Produce parts in small series with a high level of precision.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize process performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Office and Methods departments for product development and industrialization.
• Participate in solving technical problems and propose optimization solutions.

Your profile ##

• Training as a precision mechanic, polymechanic, micromechanic or training deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience in programming and setting up CNC grinding machines.
• Good mastery of Recomatic and/or Crevoisier machines.
• Mastery of Alphacam software.
• Experience in manufacturing high-precision parts in small series.
• Sense of organization and ability to work in collaboration with technical teams.
• Proactive in a continuous improvement approach.
