Promoter of success conditions at a local level and as close to the population as possible, the Service du Développement des Pratiques Professionnelles (SDPP) of AVASAD responds to challenges of quality, professional support, capacity development and innovation in the field of maintaining independence at home, particularly regarding prevention and health promotion. This team of 30 employees is the guarantor of an evolving and equitable offering for the entire population of Vaud. In order to strengthen its team, the Service du Développement des Pratiques Professionnelles of AVASAD is looking for a future:
in home help and care, expertise in social work (80%)
Your areas of responsibility:
Contribute to the definition, development and quality of social work services and all home help and care services;
Define and evolve internal documentation to guarantee the quality of social work services;
Develop the skills of professionals and promote synergies between them;
Identify training needs for the social work field, ensure the design of training programs and update them, then ensure the deployment of courses for all regional Associations and Foundations;
Take charge of mandates entrusted by the department of health and social action.
Your skills and experience:
Bachelor or Master in Social Work HES or equivalent.
5 years of practice in the field of social work in a community setting.
Experience in project management as well as knowledge in prevention and health promotion and community health, the medico-social network as well as the Vaud socio-sanitary system.
Autonomous, proactive and conscientious.
Proactivity, synthesis and analysis skills.
Leadership and negotiation skills.
Interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication.
Proficiency in documentary research and the use of scientific databases.
