Your tasks

Do you have sound experience in the automotive sector and do you want to not just run a workshop, but actively help shape, decide and take responsibility?

• Technical and organizational management of the workshop operations
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of daily workflows
• Contact person for customers regarding technical concerns and service questions
• Vehicle reception as well as handover of vehicles to customers
• Advice on repairs, service work and technical solutions
• Support of the team with demanding diagnostic and repair work
• Analysis and resolution of complex technical problems
• Ensuring high service and work quality
• Participation in the training and promotion of apprentices
• Close cooperation with the management in operational decisions

Your profile

• Completed training as an Automobil-Mechatroniker EFZ or Automobil-Fachmann EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in a workshop environment
• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take on a leadership function
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as high personal responsibility
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Driving license category B
• Good user knowledge in common MS Office programs
