Production worker in 3-4 shift operation (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as a production worker for our client, a well-known company in the Hochdorf (LU) region, immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Operation and monitoring of production facilities
• Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards (GMP)
• Support with setting up and adjusting the machines for various production runs
• Carrying out visual inspections and quality checks on the end products
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the work area as well as support with cleaning work
• Documentation of production data within the framework of the quality assurance system

Qualifictions

Your profile:

• Ideally initial professional experience in production or food processing
• Professional experience in the food sector is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Familiarity with hygiene and safety standards in industry (GMP knowledge desirable)
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity in handling production facilities
• Careful, independent and team-oriented way of working
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts (early, late and night shifts possible)
• Good German skills in speaking and writing mandatory (at least B1)
