For an established customer in the region, we are looking for a committed and technically skilled person as a service technician for maintenance and support in the field of security technology.

Your tasks:

• Independent planning and execution of maintenance work on security systems (EMA, video surveillance, access control)
• Recording and maintenance of system and customer data in internal systems
• Scheduling and direct coordination with customers
• Second-level support (by phone and remote)
• Support with installations, maintenance work, and administrative tasks in the field of security technology
• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction

Your profile:

• Completed technical basic training (e.g. electrician, assembly electrician or similar)
• Driver's license category B
• Good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; Teams/SharePoint an advantage)
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, additional language an advantage
• Friendly, professional demeanor in customer contact
• Independent, structured, and reliable working method
• High sense of responsibility and impeccable reputation
• Enthusiasm for technology and security solutions
