For our client, we are looking for a Betriebselektriker / Gebäudetechniker (w/m) 100%

Your tasks:

• Planning and execution of repair and service work in the area of buildings and operating facilities
• Active participation in maintenance as a Betriebselektriker
• Support in the area of cleaning, including personnel management of two cleaning employees
• Continuous process optimization in the entire area of responsibility as well as procurement of consumable materials
• Organization of alarm and standby services. Ideally, you will also take on the function of Sicherheitsbeauftragte/r (SiBe) or have an interest in working in this area of responsibility

Qualifications

Your profile:

• A completed technical basic training with in-depth experience in building technology
• Pronounced enthusiasm for building technology and complex technical relationships
• A self-employed, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• A responsible, reliable and team-capable personality
• Willingness for standby service on weekends
• Good IT user skills
