Operations Manager Proven experience in an operational role, ideally in watchmaking or precision industry. Dynamic, proactive, solution-oriented personality. Natural leadership, field sense and ability to unite people. Excellent organizational skills, rigor and autonomy. Ease in project management and cross-functional coordination. Supervise and coordinate daily operations (production, internal flows, organization). Drive internal projects: development, industrialization, process optimization. Manage, support and motivate a small operational team. Identify areas for improvement and implement concrete solutions. Guarantee the performance, quality and reliability of operations in a demanding watchmaking environment.
