We are a leading company operating throughout Switzerland for waterproofing in structural and civil engineering, green roofs, and sheet metal work with 530 employees (including 40 apprentices).
To strengthen our management team at TECTON Spezialbau AG in Emmenbrücke, we are looking for a:
Construction Manager 80-100%
Your main tasks:
Work preparation
Construction management of construction sites in structural and civil engineering
Material management
Measurement and billing
Post-calculation
Schedule and cost control
Quality management
Employee leadership
Your profile:
Solid and completed basic training in the construction industry (ideally as a building insulator or poly-builder)
Completed construction management school or equivalent further training
IT skills (preferably ABACUS)
Teamwork, flexibility, resilience
Ability to lead people
