For our Espaces verts department, we are looking for: Replacement workshop assistant (male or female) Adapted production workshops offer jobs to adults with intellectual disabilities, benefiting from disability insurance. Through support focused on enhancement and fulfillment, the socio-professional team aims for the social and professional integration of employees in adapted employment. The sector also offers jobs to people with loss of capacity or aging, as well as a space for those temporarily needing reinforced support. In this institutional context, you will intervene for replacement situations in the supervisory functions of our beneficiaries. Your profile Holder of a CFC in landscaping, or a title deemed equivalent; Confirmed experience in the maintenance of green spaces; Interest in support in the field of disability; Good adaptation skills, flexibility, and spirit of initiative; Ease in relationships, facility of communication, and skills for teamwork; Driving license B and experience driving minibuses. Activity rate: variable. There is no predefined activity rate. The replacement (male or female) is free to accept or not the proposed replacement situations. Contract type: occasional hourly contract. Replacements under occasional contract are also insured with our pension fund, from the first hours of replacement. Start date: as soon as possible.
