Electrical Installer with leadership responsibility

Activity

• Independent control and monitoring of the sawing line as well as the production facilities
• Coordination and leadership of the team including planning of employee assignments
• Monitoring of plant performance, product quality and compliance with delivery dates
• Active participation in troubleshooting (electrical and mechanical), process optimizations as well as revisions and maintenance
• Support and representation of the production manager in the operational area
• Requirements
• Electrical or mechanical training with experience in maintenance
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are a plus
• Routine in handling MS Office and motivated to continuously further educate oneself
• Leadership experience is an advantage
