Your main tasks

• Supports production in the preparation of the cold and warm food range for patients and employees
• Monitoring and plating of meals
• Collaboration in the cold diet kitchen
• Compliance with quality standards, hygiene, and occupational safety guidelines
• Accurate implementation of recipes (allergen management)
• Role model function for our trainees

Your profile

• Advantageous: completion as a Kitchen Assistant EBA
• Experience from a large-scale kitchen is an advantage
• Commitment, high resilience, and flexibility
• Interest in healthy cuisine/nutrition
• Professional pride is evident
• Passion for the daily professional challenge
• German in spoken and written form
• Motivated, resilient, flexible, and team-oriented personality, paired with a high orientation toward service and a portion of humor
