Job Description

Gini Steel GmbH is looking for an experienced Steel Fixer / Foreman Reinforcement for the operational execution and coordination of reinforcement work on structural and civil engineering construction sites.

Area of Responsibility

Participation in steel fixing and reinforcement work
Technical guidance and practical support of employees on the construction site
Operational coordination of small execution teams
Coordination between the responsible engineer, management, and the execution team
Implementation of work according to reinforcement plans, technical specifications, and project requirements
Monitoring compliance with quality and safety standards
Support in the organization of construction site processes
Communication with international employees and project partners
Mediation of internal work processes and operational standards

Requirement Profile

Completed vocational training or several years of practical professional experience as a steel fixer / ironworker
Experience with reinforcement work in structural or civil engineering
Experience in reading and implementing reinforcement plans is an advantage
Knowledge of occupational safety on construction sites
Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
Ability to work in a team, resilience, and sense of responsibility
Good communication skills
German language skills as well as knowledge of English or Albanian
Experience in coordinating small construction site teams is an advantage
Driver's license category B is an advantage

This is an operational and project-related function without management, budget, or formal personnel responsibility.
