Your mission:

You guarantee the reliability and compliance of measuring equipment as well as the critical systems of the site. As a true technical expert in metrology, you contribute to the performance of the installations by ensuring calibration, requalification, and metrological maintenance activities throughout the life cycle of the equipment.

Your tasks:

• Perform calibration and requalification operations for production, laboratory, utilities, technical infrastructure, and warehouse equipment.
• Plan and coordinate metrological interventions with the various departments of the site.
• Ensure the monitoring of the calibration program and guarantee compliance with defined deadlines.
• Participate in the installation, commissioning, adjustment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of measuring instruments.
• Update the technical documentation associated with the equipment and ensure full traceability of interventions.
• Record and track activities in maintenance and metrology management systems (CMMS/GMAO).
• Analyze deviations, technical investigations, and out-of-tolerance results, then propose appropriate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with external service providers and supervise their interventions on-site.
• Participate in projects for improvement, equipment optimization, and modernization of installations.
• Write and maintain procedures and work instructions related to metrology activities.
• Ensure the application of GMP requirements as well as compliance with HSE rules during all interventions.

Your profile:

• Technical training (CFC or equivalent) in the fields of instrumentation, automation, maintenance, or metrology.
• Proven experience in metrology in a GMP environment.
• Good knowledge of GMP/GxP requirements and equipment qualification processes.
• Experience in using computer maintenance management tools (CMMS/GMAO) and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of English is an asset.
