In our elderly and nursing homes in Spiez and Unterseen, people are at the center. We accompany elderly and care-dependent people with respect, dignity, and warmth and offer them a safe, well-kept, and homely home.

To ensure that everything functions reliably in everyday life, we are looking for a committed and versatile personality for our Technical Service.

Your tasks

• You ensure the flawless operation of our buildings and technical systems.
• You independently carry out maintenance, repair, and restoration work.
• You monitor heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical, locking, and other technical systems.
• You regularly check safety equipment, escape routes, fire protection doors, and general operational safety.
• You process fault reports quickly, reliably, and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You coordinate and accompany external craft and service companies.
• You organize maintenance, inspections, and recurring controls and document them in a traceable manner.
• You support moves, the furnishing of resident rooms, and internal events.
• You maintain the interior and exterior areas of our two locations.
• You ensure careful, economical, and sustainable handling of materials and operating resources.
• You are a reliable contact person for residents, employees, and external partners.

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Specialist in Facility Management EFZ, preferably in the field of housekeeping services
• Alternatively, a comparable manual or technical basic training with experience in building maintenance
• Broad manual and technical understanding
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Strong awareness of safety, quality, and hygiene
• Good physical resilience
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Basic knowledge of using computers, email, and digital documentation systems
• Driver's license category B
• Willingness to work at both locations in Spiez and Unterseen
• Flexibility in case of urgent technical events
• Friendly, well-groomed, and respectful appearance
• Enjoyment of contact with elderly and care-dependent people

Experience in an elderly and nursing home, hospital, or a comparable institution is an advantage, but not a requirement.
