Your tasks:

• Professional handling of the entire recruitment process: from needs analysis to successful job filling
• Proactive candidate acquisition as well as close coordination with customers
• Use of modern digital tools in personnel leasing and recruitment
• Building and maintaining a viable network in the construction industry

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in HR consulting or recruitment, preferably in the construction environment
• Communication skills, negotiating skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Independent, structured way of working and high self-motivation
• Stress tolerance, reliability and quality awareness
