In order to strengthen our Life Insurance department, which offers our clients high-level services in claims management, we are looking for a French-speaking Jurist at 60%, for Life Insurance benefits.

The missions awaiting you:

• Handle disputes in the field of accident insurance, establish decisions on oppositions and judicial writings
• Handle disputes in the field of sickness loss of earnings insurance, negotiate, conciliate and draft judicial writings
• Analyze and respond to legal questions from colleague case managers in LAA and sickness loss of earnings, underwriters as well as brokers
• Actively participate within the framework of internal projects and training

Your profile:

• Master in law or a title deemed equivalent
• Ideally a first experience in a similar role in the field of social insurance
• French native language and mastery of German
• Mastery of standard IT tools (MS Office)
