Architect / Project Manager with Execution Experience (80-100%)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed architect / project manager with execution experience who can handle projects independently and has an interest in working independently in a pleasant environment.

About us

We are a small, fine architecture and real estate development office in Zürich with a focus on the development and implementation of exclusively our own projects in the Zürich city area. From land acquisition to key handover: We enjoy our work and maintain a fair and trusting relationship with all parties involved!

What you bring

• Completed architecture studies (ETH/FH/HTL)
• Independence, sense of responsibility, initiative
• Several years of professional experience in planning and implementing residential buildings in Switzerland
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and legal bases
• Safe handling of design planning, detailing and construction processes
• Good ArchiCAD skills
• Secure handling of the German language in word and writing

• Communication strength in dealing with authorities, entrepreneurs, customers
• Willingness to take responsibility

Your tasks

• Project and planning responsibility
• Coordination of construction input, submission and execution planning
• Development of high-quality and mature design details
• Interface between office and construction management/construction site/specialist planning
• Ensuring quality, cost-effective and timely implementation
