Experienced Nurse Consultant in psychiatry and home care
As a nurse consultant, you join a small committed team whose mission is to ensure that nursing care services provided at home as in EMS meet the quality of care requirements and respect the legal framework in force.
What you do on a daily basis
At the heart of the activity, the control of medical mandates, required care assessments and the billing of care in psychiatry and in somatic home care allows you to contribute actively to the quality and compliance of the services provided to the insured. You also ensure compliance with legal and conventional provisions by care providers.
You ensure the management of complex nursing care files. Based on documents transmitted by providers or during assessments at home, you evaluate and analyze the care needs of the insured and establish and write the guarantees of coverage granted.
Collaboration with care partners, as well as meetings, is part of your role. These interactions allow for agreeing on care coverage compliant with the legal framework and good professional practices, as well as providing advice regarding LAMal benefits or other social insurances.
In parallel, you carry out the administrative tasks related to the function, and you invest actively in continuing education, working groups and internal projects, thus contributing to the evolution of practices.
Your clinical expertise is a real support for employees of the different departments, notably on the specific aspects related to home care.
What you bring to the team
Holding a Bachelor of Science HES in nursing or an equivalent title, you benefit from at least 2 years of confirmed experience in psychiatry as well as 3 years in home care in Switzerland. Experience in EMS constitutes an additional asset for this position.
Comfortable in oral and written communication as well as in negotiation, you know how to defend your point of view in a structured and argued manner. Your analytical and synthesis skills allow you to effectively manage complex files.
Recognized for your sense of organization, you work autonomously, while involving yourself fully in the team dynamic.
Your mastery of French and your ease with usual IT tools are essential to succeed in this function. Knowledge of Italian and//or German, as well as the Syrius tool, represents a real plus.
