Electrician EFZ / Electrical Fitter EFZ (m/w/d)

For an established company in the Lucerne/Innerschweiz region, we are looking for a skilled and reliable personality for the maintenance and expansion of the operational and building infrastructure.

This is what you can do:

• Operational safety: Ensuring the electrical operation of the building and infrastructure facilities.
• Projects & Installations: Carrying out new installations, conversions, and expansions of electrical systems.
• Maintenance: Independent execution of repair, maintenance, and service work.
• Troubleshooting: Rapid fault rectification in the area of building infrastructure (lighting, distributions, supply, etc.).
• Safety & Standards: Checking and maintaining installations according to applicable regulations (NIN/NIV).
• Teamwork: Collaboration on technical projects (optimizations, expansions) as well as coordination and support of external service providers.
• Administration: Documentation of changes and proper maintenance of plant documentation.

Qualifications

This is what you bring:

• Education: Completed apprenticeship as an electrician EFZ, electrical fitter EFZ, or equivalent, recognized in Switzerland.
• Experience: Advantageous if you already have experience in building maintenance, service, or industrial environment.
• Technical knowledge: In-depth knowledge of installation technology and absolute safety in reading electrical diagrams.
• Standards: Familiarity with Swiss regulations (NIN, NIV).
• Languages: Good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• Way of working: You are characterized by a self-dependent, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
• Personality: You are responsible, reliable, and appreciate teamwork.
