Job description ##

1st training phase - Basics of the polymechanic profession

• Machining of mechanical parts - manufacture of tools, components, and devices using conventional or CNC machines
• Programming and setting up CNC machines - creation, optimization, and adjustment of programs
• Dimensional and quality control - verification of measurements, tolerances, and technical requirements of produced parts
• Mechanical assembly - assembly of elements, sub-assemblies, and devices according to plans
• Maintenance and diagnostics - machine maintenance and basic interventions
• Prototype manufacturing - production of single parts or small series
• Material preparation - selection, cutting, and shaping
• Reading technical plans - interpretation of drawings, dimensions, and tolerances

2nd training phase - Specialization in industrial methods

In this phase, your activities are mainly oriented towards the preparation, optimization, and monitoring of manufacturing processes.

• Creating routings, bills of materials, and SAP data - structuring and maintaining the technical information necessary for production
• Carrying out continuous improvement actions - analyzing root causes, proposing solutions, and participating in their implementation
• Monitoring production orders in the workshops - ensuring the correct execution of production orders during industrialization or improvement phases
• Collaborating with production - analyzing workstations and exchanging with teams to optimize processes
• Updating and utilizing tracking files - for industrializations and improvements
• Industrializing prototypes - working with project managers for the transition to production
• Monitoring internal trials - planning, observing, and analyzing tests carried out
