For our client, a successful and internationally active industrial company in the Lake Zurich area, we are looking for a committed and independent personality as HR Manager (50-60%). In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle and will be the central point of contact for employees and managers on all HR topics. Payroll processing is ensured by the finance department. HR Manager 50-60% # Employment: 50-60% Location: Männedorf Industry: various industry Publication date: 25.08.2026 Your tasks: • Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle - from recruitment to departure • Recruitment of new employees including job advertisements, interviews, and applicant management • Advising and supporting managers as well as employees in all HR matters • Creation of employment contracts as well as maintenance of personnel files, job descriptions, and organizational charts • Organization and accompaniment of employee appraisals as well as coordination of training and further education • Management of occupational health management (BGM) • Supporting the finance department with social insurance, absence management, as well as SUVA and KTG cases • Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements as well as further development of HR processes and personnel policies • Communication with authorities and offices • Responsibility for HR compliance, data protection, and personnel-related documentation Your profile: • Commercial basic training with further training as an HR specialist with federal diploma • At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable HR generalist function • Very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law • Confident appearance, high communication skills, and strong social competence • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • High integrity, discretion, and sense of responsibility • Good MS Office skills What you can expect: • Responsible and varied activity with a lot of creative freedom • Direct permanent employment in a successful international company • Collegial and appreciative working environment • Modern employment conditions and attractive social benefits • Opportunity to actively help shape processes and contribute your own ideas • Flexible working hours within the framework of a 50-60% workload Interested?
