Caretaker (m/f/d) 100%

We are looking for an engaged and reliable personality as a Caretaker (m/f/d) 100% for our client in Zürich Oerlikon.

Your tasks

• Execution of repairs and manual work
• Monitoring and operation of technical systems
• Cleaning and maintenance of buildings and facilities
• Support during moves, events and special tasks
• Regular contact with employees, suppliers and craftsmen

Qualifications

Your profile

• Professional experience in the caretaker field is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (mandatory)
• Solid knowledge in using PC and system connections
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent, reliable and flexible way of working
• Readiness for early and late shifts
• Deployment every second Saturday (alternating in a team)

Working hours

• Monday to Friday (100%)
• Additionally every second Saturday, on a rotation with colleagues
• Early and late shifts according to the deployment plan
