On behalf of one of our clients, a reference garage in the Fribourg region, recognized for the quality of its services and excellent customer service, we are looking for a:

Sales Advisor - 100%

Your mission

As a true ambassador of the brand, you will accompany customers throughout their purchasing process and actively contribute to the development of sales.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and assist customers in choosing their new or used vehicle
• Identify customer needs and propose adapted solutions
• Conduct road tests and present the technical characteristics of vehicles
• Develop and follow up on commercial offers
• Negotiate and conclude sales in respect of the company's policy
• Ensure customer follow-up before, during and after delivery
• Develop and retain your customer portfolio
• Participate in commercial actions, events and open houses
• Ensure the achievement of sales and customer satisfaction objectives

Your profile

• Proven experience in car sales or a similar commercial position
• Excellent presentation and relational ease
• Strong customer service sense and results-oriented
• Pronounced taste for negotiation and sales
• Dynamic, autonomous and organized
• Good mastery of common computer tools
• Category B driver's license required
• Knowledge of the Swiss car market: an asset
