Field of activity

• Responsible for the operational and strategic management of the care and support sector
• Guarantee the professional and future-oriented development of the sector
• Responsible for the allocated budget in terms of quality and safety
• Management and coordination of the team at the organizational level
• Direction, promotion and coaching of managers and specialized employees
• Administration of resident admissions in cooperation with the central service
• Participation in the development of the global strategy as a member of the management team

Required profile

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH or equivalent qualification required
• Additional training in management
• Deep understanding of economic relations and resource management
