Technical Clerk / Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Holistic commercial and technical processing of international customer orders in internal sales, from spare parts to complex machine overhauls
• Competent advice and support for the worldwide clientele regarding technical concerns and inquiries
• Preparation, calculation, and follow-up of offers
• Close cooperation and technical coordination with the internal specialist departments

Ensuring high-quality, timely, and solution-oriented order processing

Qualifications

Your profile

• Completed basic technical training in mechanical engineering (e.g., polymechanic, designer, electromechanic)
• Commercial further training (e.g., Technical Clerk) or sound commercial professional experience in internal sales / customer service
• Established professional practice in machine or plant engineering
• Proficient German as well as good English skills in speaking and writing (French is a valuable plus)
• Exact, structured way of working as well as a mature, reliable personality who values responsibility and trust
