Your main tasks

• Leadership and shift planning of a team with six employees in the 3-shift model
• Monitoring and ensuring a smooth production flow
• Analysis of existing processes and implementation of optimization measures
• Coordination and execution of maintenance work as well as troubleshooting
• Quality control of products and compliance with applicable hygiene and safety regulations
• Active support of employees in day-to-day business and during shift changes

Your profile

• Solid experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally with series production
• Pronounced leadership qualities combined with a high sense of team understanding
• Technical know-how and structured, solution-oriented thinking
• Independent, resilient, and reliable personality with a sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
