Head of Service / Host (a)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the smooth running of our restaurant Sapori
• Leadership, motivation, and further development of the service team
• Ensuring first-class guest service and unforgettable moments for our guests
• Planning and implementation of events in close coordination with the banquet management
• Creation of duty rosters and active participation in meetings, training, and briefings
• Support in internal departmental training and further development of the team
• Professional complaint management
• Control of orders and proper storage of goods
• Assumption of operational tasks in compliance with legal requirements (L-GAV)

Your profile:

• Completed training in hotel management or gastronomy (e.g., hotel specialist, restaurant specialist)
• Several years of experience in a leadership position in upscale gastronomy or hotel management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Hands-on mentality, high service orientation, and enjoyment of guest contact
• Very good German and English skills; other languages are an advantage
