Your tasks:

• Active sales of modern Telekom and multimedia solutions
• Competent advice on Mobile, Internet and TV
• Support of the team in daily business
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Co-responsibility for a positive shopping experience in the store

What you bring:

• Completed training in retail; ideally with reference to telecommunications or multimedia

or career changer with pronounced sales flair

• Enjoyment of customer contact and convincing appearance
• Technical understanding and solid user knowledge (MS Office)
• Flexible, reliable and open to new things
• German at a negotiation-secure level; additional national languages are a plus
