AGS or PH SRK

Our client is an established senior center in German-speaking Switzerland that offers its residents a respectful home with diverse living arrangements. The institution is characterized by a comprehensive therapy and culture offering as well as high quality of care and a multiprofessional team. To reinforce the nursing team, we are looking for an engaged personality as a nursing assistant (SRK) or Assistant Health and Social Care (AGS) with a workload of 50 - 80%, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Participation in the implementation of nursing procedural workflows
• Observation and application of all hygienic regulations
• Accompanying and providing care according to personal requirements
• Execution of all basal care measures in the daily routine
• Support of qualified staff during therapeutic measures

Your profile

• Good German language skills in speaking and writing required
• Completed training as a nursing assistant or health assistant mandatory
• Practical experience in long-term care is desirable
• Team player and collegial personality with a high sense of responsibility
• Strong service awareness towards different groups of people
• Empathy and enthusiasm for persons in need of care
• Openness and respect towards different cultural spheres
• Motivation for continuous professional further qualification
• Resilience and overview even in demanding situations
