Construction Manager

We are looking for one of our clients in the Bülach region for a

Construction Manager (m/f)

Your challenge:

• On-site construction management
• Creation of construction programs
• Tendering work
• Conducting meetings with the client, craftsmen, and authorities
• Cost control
• Support in project management if required

Your profile:

• Several years of experience as a construction manager
• Completed training as a Drafter specializing in Architecture and/or TS - Structural Engineering
• The ability to recognize critical interfaces between planning and execution at an early stage
• Open and assertive communication skills
• Goal-oriented coordination skills
• Good German skills, spoken and written
• Resilience and sense of responsibility
• Sound specialist knowledge in project planning with ArchiCad
