Your tasks

• Leadership and deployment planning of a team of around 10 employees
• Organization and coordination of personnel, machines, and materials
• Ensuring timely order processing and monitoring of ongoing production
• Supporting the team in production as needed
• Continuous optimization of work processes and procedures

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ
• Ideally, further training as a production team leader or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience and leadership experience in a comparable function
• High social competence, organizational talent, and assertiveness
• Very good German language skills in word and writing
• Independent, resilient, and solution-oriented way of working
