Your tasks

• Independent supervision and operation of modern production facilities
• Responsibility for a smooth and trouble-free production process
• Monitoring of production processes and quality specifications
• Execution of machine changeovers, settings and adjustments
• Ensuring a constantly high product quality
• Recognizing and rectifying minor malfunctions during continuous operation
• Control and documentation of production data
• Provision of raw materials and production materials
• Coordination of internal material flows
• Collaboration in maintenance, cleaning and repair work
• Compliance with all safety, quality and production guidelines

Your profile

• Completed basic technical training (e.g. polymechanic, production mechanic, automotive specialist, automotive mechatronics technician or comparable)
• Experience in industrial production is an advantage
• Technical understanding and interest in modern manufacturing processes
• Enjoyment of working with machines and technical systems
• Independent, reliable and precise way of working
• Team player and responsible personality
• Readiness for shift work (2- or 3-shift operation)
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Basic knowledge in handling computer systems
