In order to complete our service team at Restaurant Gatsby, we are looking for the season:

A Chef de Rang – Fixed-term contract at 100 %
Contract duration: from August to September 2026

Profile sought

• Experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of French
• Knowledge of English is an asset
• Flexibility

Your mission

• Preparation and service of drinks
• Service and clearing of tables
• Setting up the restaurant and the terrace for lunch and dinner services
• Ensuring the setting of cutlery
• Ensuring the proper execution of service
• Performing tasks related to the cash register
• Customer reception and service, taking orders and payment
• Cleaning and clearing of tables
