Technical Manager 50% (a)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Manager 50% (a) as of 01.10.2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Coordination, monitoring, and control of maintenance tasks (small and large orders)
• Responsible for the investment plan, building management system, and technician manual
• Planning, leadership, and control of investments, renovations, and maintenance projects
• Annual inspection of rooms and planning of maintenance work for January
• Monitoring electricity, water, gas
• Rounds with external inspections (GVZ, Tyco, fire police)
• Creation, training, and monitoring of the fire protection concept
• Responsible for sustainability in operations (achieving quality seals in cooperation with Resident Manager)
• Technical duty service
• Fire protection safety officer

Your profile:

• A completed vocational training in a technical or manual profession
• Several years of experience in a leading position in building technology in commercial real estate (e.g., hotels, shopping centers, clinics)
• Cost-conscious, structured, and efficient way of working
• You are trained in occupational safety and fire protection (course for KOPAS and SIBE)
• You work independently and organized
• You speak fluent German and English (further languages an advantage)
