Your tasks:

• Individual care and support of clients in their homes
• Advising and instructing relatives in home care
• Carrying out medical treatments according to medical prescription
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with general practitioners, therapists and other specialists
• Documentation and ensuring quality of care

Your profile:

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Experience in the Spitex sector or high willingness to undergo training
• Independent and flexible way of working
• Enjoy working with people in their familiar environment
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
