Barista/Buffet Employee

Mission:
Ensure the preparation of beverages and the smooth running of the buffet by guaranteeing fast, careful, and high-quality service. Ensure the cleanliness of equipment, the management of dishes, and restocking in order to effectively support dining room service.

Main Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, latte macchiatos, and other specialties according to the establishment's recipes.
• Prepare teas, hot chocolates, cold drinks, smoothies, and other beverages from the menu.
• Ensure a neat and consistent presentation of the beverages served.
• Control the quality of preparations before handing them over to the service staff.

Buffet Management

• Organize and maintain a clean, functional, and well-stocked buffet.
• Restock products, milk, syrups, cups, glasses, and consumables.
• Control stocks and report ordering needs.

Dishes

• Ensure the washing and storage of dishes, glasses, cutlery, and preparation equipment.
• Maintain machines and dishwashing areas clean and operational.
• Respect hygiene and disinfection procedures.

Maintenance and Hygiene

• Clean coffee machines, grinders, and equipment daily.
• Respect food hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workstation.

Collaboration

• Work in close collaboration with service and sales employees.
• Participate in the opening and closing of the buffet.
• Support teams during periods of high customer flow.

Hours either opening (approximately 7h00-17h00 with 1h15 lunch break) or closing (approximately 8h00-18h30, 1h15 lunch break)
