Polymechaniker (m/w/d)

Your tasks ###

• Independent setup, operation and monitoring of CNC milling machines
• Production of precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications
• Control and ensuring the required quality standards
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, production documents and CNC programs
• Support in optimizing production processes and workflows
• Collaboration in the implementation of improvement measures in the production environment
• Coordination and cooperation with adjacent production areas
• Compliance with quality, safety and production specifications

Your profile ###

• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or comparable technical training
• Several years of experience in CNC machining, ideally in the field of milling
• Good knowledge in reading technical drawings and production documents
• Experience with CNC controls is an advantage
• Structured, independent and precise working method
• High quality awareness and technical understanding
• Team-oriented and reliable personality
• Good German language skills in word and writing
• Willingness to work shifts
