• Rough butchering and fine butchering
• Butchering of beef and pork
• Portioning and quality control

Your profile

• Completed basic training as Fleischfachfrau / Fleischfachmann or Metzger/in
• Or training as Fleischfachassistent/in
• Professional experience is desired
• Physically fit
