Ensure the preparation and service of drinks in accordance with the quality standards of the establishment, while guaranteeing a professional and warm welcome to customers.

Main responsibilities :
Preparation and service :

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Make cocktails, hot drinks and refreshments.
• Ensure fast, efficient and quality service.
• Advise customers on the drinks offered.

Customer relations :

• Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain a convivial and pleasant atmosphere at the bar.
• Respond to customer requests and handle any complaints with diplomacy.

Bar management :

• Carry out the setup before service.
• Ensure the replenishment of drinks, garnishes and consumables.
• Control stocks and report ordering needs.
• Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the bar at all times.
